Stunning beaded Vest Top, by River Island, in a white beaded fabric. The Top features a layer of heavily beaded in a web design over over a layer of opaque crape. The web design is heavily beaded with translucent beads that catch the light.

With this level of beading the top has a bit of weight to it.
