90s Inspired halter neck Vest Top, by Pink Soda in a sequined stretch fabric. The Top features a heavily sequined front in a bold check pattern. It has a high halter neckline that leaves the shoulders fully exposed, with an open back.

This is slim fitting vest with a fair bit of stretch.
